Last night, stove cruising on low 375.
The two 5 inch splits from start-up fire glowing. I added 2 1/2 more splits .
I left the primary closed. 10 PM.
11 1/2 hours later , Stove top @ 175 & a nice bed of coals.
opened primary air added 2 small splits & within 10 minutes we have ignition.

It does take a while longer to get up to temp than my last stove (cast iron).
Since I am a 24 /7 burner its a non issue.
