I have an imperial pipe thermometer. Will it accurately read temps on the stove top with reasonable accuracy?
Possibly. Magnetic thermometers can be pretty far off. The ranges on a pipe thermometer will not be correct though. The stove top runs quite a bit hotter than the pipe.
