Took Little Bear (Claira) to the lake. I just can't get enough of her.

Gunner,

Nothing like a black and white with the grandpa......I have a few like this with my kids and their grandfather. Some of my favorites.

I agree. This is my company.

I have been a full time photographer sense leaving the service but I'm seldom in any of the family pix.

These are with my oldest son who is now 35.

These type photos really warm my heart. His little brother (33) died a couple months ago. Enjoy while you can.
Those were done with real B&W film and developed and then printed by hand, my hands.

Did you guys "go for a dip"? or "wade"? look for frogs?

My fondest memories of my Dad are swimming with him (he was an excellent swimmer and athlete) and going to the lumber mill to get sawdust for my horse's bedding. We had the best talks on the way to that mill; never gave it a thought at the time but the time spent "going to" and returning home was really very intimate and many of the things we discussed proved to be excellent ballast when my "private" life hit rough seas; the way it does for everyone of us.

I barely remember the only grandparent who was alive when I was born.

priceless moments:cool:
