Tough one. It was quite windy over the weekend. Other reports was he was cutting white pine. Sound like he cut one tree and it was a leaner so he was cutting another one to free both up. The region has had a couple of wind events this fall and the woods are full or widow makers and leaners.

Due to the price of workmens comp most folks cutting trees these days are one man shops so they are cutting solo.
