Mineral wells wv
Alright iv been burning about two months now it was going good then in the last few days it's went to hell. I load up 4 med splits and when they catch I'll let them fully be a flame and shut door and they slowly die down to a smolder my wood is good I know that. My set up is 2013 13nc 6ft single wall to Selkirk ss chimney 15ft straight up it has the oak hooked up. Where all does it get it's air from?

Primary/airwash air comes in through the round thing at the back of the bottom of the stove. Secondary air through the rectangular opening in the bottom of the back of the stove above it. Air for the thing sticking up in the middle of the front comes from two holes behind the front legs of the stove.

The only time mine does that is when I forget to pull the primary air rod all the way out first. Really.

See I kinda thought that bb maybe it got unhooked or something but it feels and sounds like it's slid wing in there. I'm kinda lost really.

Old spark it's cherry and some maple CSS for 13 months and I resplit and tested with my general mm and get any where from 15-17 % mc. My draft has been ok so far. I'm going to go home and crank it with door open get the stack up to 400 then shut the door see what happens. Any thing strike u guys what it could be.

Bb mine must be diff did they change the 2013 model? Mine looks like it gets all air from the round thing in the back that the oak is hooked to and then the two under legs bc there is no rec tangle hole in back only the square box where the oak is.

Is your on the pedestal? If so you can't see the secondary inlet.

Does your cap have a screen? If so, make sure it hasn't clogged.

No screen on my cap and no it's on legs. Here's a pic of the back.
