Troybilt 7000/10500 XP Extend-A-Panel issue

I have a Troybilt 7000/10500 XP series generator. The extend-A-panel outlets all work but will not show load monitor and display just flashes “change oil 50 hrs hold to reset” and will not reset. This started first time I used generator and has flashed ever since . Otherwise, generator works great. I’ve had this generator approximately 12 years…..
