USSC ASHLEY APC1406 error code?

I put stove in test mode and run through the steps testing components and at the end of test I get 'U8.07' after it displays the USSC. IS THIS A ERROR CODE???The manual says Err8 = room fan output fan fuse blown, cause fan Motor jammed or bad. During test mode room fan runs fine. Anyone know what's happening here?
 
Sorry, I haven't a clue on your stove. Someone around here must know!
