I inherited a house with a silent flame model 1662. It appears to be in working shape. It has an electric blower attachment

I have someone coming Tuesday to disassemble the stack and patch the holes. At that point I would like to sell it, if it has value.

How much would this unit be worth ?

$100 to $200. Just not much value there. If listing it I would say list for $250
