Hi,
Can someone tell me how to remove the upper fireback from my
VC Defiant Encore 2190?
I have read the manual on the wiki page, but that is for the model 2140 and thats a little different.
The 2190 has 2 bolts that enter from the back on the outside. These I have removed but something
else seems to be holding it. On one to the bolts there wasnt any head but I can feel the stud in the hole,
it must have broken off just by wear-n-tear.
I felt up inside the damper area but could not detect any nuts or bolts. Do I need to remove the stove top
in order to remove the upper fireback. If there is a pdf file for the #2190 I would sure appreciate a link.
