Vented or vent free?

Is this a vented or vent free system I bought a house and would like to know what the existing logs are , thanks

Is there a clip on the fire place damper to keep it from closing completely?
Does it have a continuous pilot or is the pilot on when the burner is lit?
 
Label could be on back behind it. Have you looked everywhere on it? Taken a pic with your phone back there and looked it over?
 
Even a picture of the pilot could be helpful here, as the VF product would have a very specific Oxygen Depletion System (ODS) pilot. If a gun was held to my head and I had to guess, well it would always be safer to assume its vented.
