I currently have an existing 4" smooth wall, insulated, stainless liner that terminates in a T with a rigid snout breaching a masonry wall.

Is ther a way to attach B-vent from any manufacturer to this snout and be compliant? Essentially a B to C adapter but in the downstream direction. Which technically should be allowed, as I understand it, as long as the transition is to listed assembly and not single wall to the exit.

I see Ecco makes a 4BSW which is exactly what I would need, but it's not available anywhere. Selkirk makes a 4RV-REV-DH "Reverse" Draft Hood Connector, but also out of stock everywhere.

I see most gas appliances connected by using a liner with no tee and just pulling it through the breach and using an appliance or flex to "B" adapter. With no field modified B-vent allowed, how is this usually handled. Really not looking to replace my liner.

What appliance do you want to connect to this vent?

I see most installs like this done with the 4" flex liner and then a 6" black smoke pipe cover the visible flex liner to look more authentic.
