I was told that ventinox is too hard to clean, since it is corrigated and not rigid straight pipe. I have heard lots of good things about Ventinox. Any thoughts...........

It is a very top end FLEX liner from what I hear on this forum. We install corrugated flex liners all the time, I have never heard from one single customer or sweep that it was hard to clean. Many members here also have the same style (not brand) of flex and clean their chimneys themselves, I'm sure they will chime in as well.
