Vermont casting Resolute or heartwood?

Hello, I currently have a heartwood wood stove and I am looking to upgrade to a VC resolute(not sure of the year 1979ish?) is it worth upgrading? The seller wants $100, we use the stove to supplement our propane furnace and to maintain heat in our back room. Also to heat during power outages in the winter on Manitoulin island.

That's a Resolute III (two doors) so dates it from about 1984-1988. Likely want to get some views of the inside (fireback).

Thanks, I ended up missing out on the Resolute; the logistics were tricky it was out on an island and was out of town. That said I found a nice little 1982 VC Intrepid.. what are the specs for this stove, how big of a space will it heat? It does look small compare to our big brown Heartwood.. .which would be the better choice?
