Vertical air source

Hello everyone,

I am working with a new pellet stove installation that is in the middle of the home, the vent size is 3 inches, and the air vent pipe is 2 inches. My only way I can think of providing fresh air to this stove is up with the vent, but I am not finding a chimney flashing that offers a second port that I could use for the fresh air intake. Do anyone know a brand that makes this chimney flashing?
