Waterford 104

Hi all. I have a Waterford 104 great smaller stove. We are renovating and need to remove the ceiling collar. I have looked for any screws to remove but there isn't any.
Any suggestions on how to remove the ceiling collar assembly?
One thing to note, the stove pipe runs 15' vertical . Thanks

Look from the attic for screws into framing.

Usually the round trim ring pops off, then you should be able to see how it’s secured to the ceiling (probably nailed or screwed to joists).
