I have a P43 and I run it off a Skytech remote thermostat. When it runs in auto when the thermostat shuts the stove down the distribution fan runs to help cool the stove off for a while. When I run it in manual, the thermostat throttles the stove back, the fan just turns off, so the heat just radiates or goes out the exhaust.
Is there a way to have the distribution blower continue to run for a few minutes?

You’d have to manually put it in stove temp and lower it to 1 or 50 degrees I don’t know of a way to have the stove do it automatically

I didn't like the wasted heat going out the exhaust when the flame was idle in manual stove mode. I added a simple DPDT switch and a speed control, allowing me to run the distribution fan. It is amazing how much wasted heat I was pumping outside. Now, after the house reaches a toasty 72 degrees, I turn the setting to 1 and let it idle. I still pumps out great heat and very low pellet use.

I believe if the stove is in stove mode and the igniter sw in auto, the blower runs all the time if it is on?

No I don't think so unless you can reprogram board.I just want to make sure I understand your modes. You are in Room mode, with the igniter sw in Auto, and when the stove wants to shut off, you like the shutdown. Then you are in Room Mode, Igniter switch in manual, and the room blower shuts off - yes it is trying not to overshoot the setpoint, and not shutting off as well. In that case you use stove mode as was mentioned.
