It's a buzzard but it looks different than the turkey buzzards we have here
 
Yeah, not our usual turkey buzzard. Never seeing one up close, that was my first thought, so I had to google a picture. maybe it’s eyeing up my 16 year old dog.

Does that guy belong to your local chimney sweep? Maybe he's trained to scout out hot spots for cold calls?! ;lol
