hey all,
I was planning on cleaning out the chimney the other morning and checked at my cleanout door, and to my surprise I found the clay chimney liner has fallen down. Im not sure what to do from here. I suppose Im going to have to break up the clay liner and install a SS one? Has anyone had this happen before, and if so, what did you do to fix the problem? the picture attatched is from inside the cleanout door.

thanks!

I see a few of them a year. And yes the clay needs to be removed and replaced with a stainless liner. All of those open block cores need to be sealed as well
