Every once in a while some water spills onto my stove top, or door and sizzles dry leaving a white watermark. What is the best way to remove this?

Also, do y'all use special glass stove glass cleaner for the door glass?

Thanks,
John

See, mess.

I've been able to wipe the stove top off with a wet rag / paper towel. Same thing for the glass. If the glass gets blacked, get a hot fire going and that will burn off the creosote. Then wipe off the ash residue with a wet rag / paper towel.
