What type of steel is used on PE stoves looking for Emissivity

Just bought a Super 27 and have an IR gun. I'm trying to figure out the emissivity of the PE super. Messing around with the emissivity setting you can get a larger swing in stove top temps. I have it set at .80 currently. I've found the tables that list various metals just not sure which type of steel the PE top is made from. I'll call PE in the morning if I don't get a response and post what they say.
