I have an encore 2n1 I am trying to sell before I pick up a new f55. The stove has less then 5 cord thru it, it could use a new back insulation board I believe it's called.
The insulation where the cat probe comes thru is slightly ripped due to me being careless installing a cat probe it still works fine.

What would be a fair price to expect to get for the stove? I understand I will be taking a decent hit.

We're coming into peak season so maybe about 60% of new price?

Ok thanks. I had an offer for $400 which I thought was way to cheap. I was hoping to get $1,000--$1,200 for it, but honestly I don't know how much is involved in replacing the insulation.

$1200 sounds fair. Put it up at that price and see what happens.
