Probe for temp, I wanted to keep it under 212 so it simmered nicely. Screen (for the kids) holds the magnet nicely :)
Had the cover on to keep the GOODNESS inside.

Bart, you better fill up the truck UPS would kill me to get it there hot!

;)

Babs,

When is your cookbook coming out? Or maybe a show right after Ted Nugents... Slow cooking with Babs, Morso and LeCruset you will be pulling in the money!

We are - 10F up here this morning

Wack em and stack em!

Its actually a Le Cruset knock off, works just as well though.

After Barts show and before Teds!

That was my question. Although, friends got hubby a remote BBQ thermometer for Christmas. Put the probe in the meat and it has a remote temp reader you can keep in the house or carry anywhere. Who would have thought it? They got it at Bass Pro.

Big bowl o' Chile and some ice cold Killians. Go Saints and Pats!

Now if somebody would just make one of those for wood stoves so when I am working in the office downstairs I could know when to reload the stove on the main floor.
