New in a box? or new-used.. ie. opened, stretched out then re-compressed, some end damage from sliding the cap in and out to test-fit. You have to define the term new in this case. it could affect cost. If it is new-new in box, I could see 400. if its new-used I wouldn't pay more than 300 for it cause you never know....
