We are trying to locate the reset button as mentioned in the manual for the NPS40, because our auger has stopped turning. We think it stopped because the vents were too clogged and it got too hot. Good enough, we cleaned it out as well as the outtake tube. But now, we are having trouble getting it to reset. Everything else works, but the auger won't turn. We have taken apart the side panels and looked everywhere but cannot locate the button, unless it is the tiny ride button between two posts inside the right panel toward the top front of the stove. However, if this is it, it does not move. Which makes us wonder if this is in fact it. A photo would be helpful! Help. Thanks!

I have never opened my panels and looked, but the manual says it is part of the High Temp sensor. It looks like in the picture it is supposed to be on the same side as the control panel.
