Bur oak, every last inch of it. I see some red oak leaves on the ground, but the tree in question isn't a red. Bark is too furrowed and scaley, and too thick.

Looks like a few raspberries, too.

Fantastic firewood! Generally easy to split when green, give it 3 years to season if you can. If the bark comes off, all the better.

Going to dry a lot faster if it is split and left in the sun and wind. Wife always wants to get it split and piled so the wood yard looks "neater
