Can anyone id this wood for me? It is 13%mc, very hard to split but has some spongey bark to it and smells terrible when burnt. I think it's locust..... (broken image removed)r(broken image removed)(broken image removed)

At first glance the furrowed bark and yellowish hue looks like black locust to me . . . plus the smell while burned . . . but honestly I'm better at leaf ID.

Ding, Ding, Ding BL for sure!
