I split/stacked a few of them right after work. I'm going to agree with maple based on the leaves I found, and what I saw from the splits.
Good amount of punk, but I still wish I had time to go back and get the rest this morning.

Thanks, but I'm good for this year. Will be looking for maple (or other that dry fast) so my oak can season longer.
