Stacking above your head is not fun but possible. I’d say wall to wall to wall 5-6 cords. Make sure to leave some space between each row.
 
Stacked end to end full height you could put 5 .6 cord
The total cap. is 780 cubic feet if you want to get technical a little less
 
Stacking over 7' is a huge pain. In addition, I suspect that you'll want something on the ground such as pallets. Just take all that into account when you plan.

I got 718 CF, but the same 5.6 cord, if stacked tightly, and to the top.
 
1 bay in my woodshed is 10x10. It has a shed roof so about 7' one end to 8' on the other end. I do stack to the top, but I am 6'3" and not a big issue. I do not stack the full 10' on the faces. More like 8'. it fits 5 stacks all the way to the roof. It's about 4.5 cords.
