This FAQ is pretty helpful. A very important takeaway is to not overtighten the glass clamps. The ceramic glass does not expand or contract but the door metal will expand and contract with temperature changes.

Another thing I have found is to make sure the glass sits completely on the window gasket. The gasket will compress when you tighten it down, make sure all the edges are covered with gasket.

The screws holding the tabs to the glass constantly loosened on my old VC Resolute. One time the glass actually dropped inside the firebox with a fully loaded burning stove - fortunately when I was home.
The only way I felt comfortable burning the stove was to makes sure once a week that the screws did not loosen.
