I am replacing the blower motor in my 18 year old Harman XXV. The replacement blower wires are Green / Yellow, White and Black. The original wires are Solid Green,White and Black. Does it make a difference?Thanks in advance.

No, Black is the hot, white the grounded neutral. These are the power wires. The other is ground.
