Hello,

Noob 1st post so please excuse I'd this has been previously discussed.

My stove doesnt seem to be producing as much flame as it did in the past. It seems like the firebox is never full, where as last year it wasn't the problem.

I had the stove cleaned by a professional this year but am afraid he may have not put the slide plate back correctly. It doesnt seem to move the full range of movement.

Any advice on if this is the issue and how to correct would be great.

Pic attached is as far as the plate slides. About half of the range of its motion.

I have it on 6. In years past we couldn't run it this high as it would flow over with unburnt pellets. This year we dont even reach the top of the burn pot.

pellet size? did you switch brands?
