After re-reading my post, I can clearly see where you would conclude that I was suggesting that you were looking for a freebie. I certainly didn't intend to imply that, but as I go back and read my post again, its all right there. Please accept my apology and I will certainly make efforts to pick my words more carefully.

You don't need to apologize.I didn't take it as that. I just made a statement.

Lift the bags. You should. Why wouldn't you want to say the truth. One bag. You must have a cameraphone. Take you less than 30 seconds.

Unless you don't want your customers to see what theyre buying ==c LOL

You are a likable guy. I just can't tell if I am supposed to take you seriously. You want me to take pics of the underside of the bags?

I will, but please wait until tomorrow when it's light out. I will post you some pics. Understand that all of mine are fine. Please don't get all worked up and make some crazy claim that I opened a pallet, cut the bags open, sifted the pellets and then re-sealed the bag.

I burnt only Okies for the last two seasons and was hoping to buy some this season, but after seeing Salty's photos of what was in his bags it changed my mind. Especially when prices for Okies are ~$300 a ton.
I never minded the fines I just poured the bag right in.

You said Tuesday you had a truck coming in. Pics of those. Hey take a pic of whatever you got previously too. Lets compare.

Shouldn't have even said anything publicly. I'm sure the gears are turning. Second thought don't even bother with pics you can't rely on this shipment to show anything now.

Don't rely on me to buy or not buy a pellet. I'm not holding anyone to the flames.

I'm keeping my mouth shut from now on. I can see me getting in trouble because of saying something here. I don't need any more s hit in my life.

Salty...Your'e not in trouble. How the hell can u get in trouble here. What happens....does someone take away your Birthday or something? C'mon man....And listen, If those Okies come in dusty, I will take a pic of the entire truck leaving my yard....(OMV- pipe down!)
Furthermore, you said that nobody has offered you a remedy, but that you have not seeked out a remedy either. Look, if you buy something from amazon, and it doesnt work or it is defective, you cant reasonably expect them to take it back unless you ask them, right? Go to your dealer, explain the situation, and see where it gets you. That's really the steps to take before putting a company on blast here.
Remember, you're not in trouble...Santa is still coming to you. Gunna bring you that female zumba instructor you been wishing for:)

Salty caused someone to not do business with these guys because of something I said. I can be sued for that. Like I said I got enough s hit in my life. Regardless of whether it's true or not I don't screw around with lawyers they all suck. I could see this going there very easily.

I said it publicly and I hurt their business by saying it. All they got to do is file. Again whether it's true or not. Whether I'm posting my experience or not. It's been done before. There was a case in the news just yesterday about a yelp review.

    Ma.
Just thought I'd let everyone know I just picked up a ton of Okies today. The delivery truck had just dropped them off at the dealer. These bags have no noticeable fines in the bags. Even the corners of the plastic bags are free from fines. My Okies ,from last year, have noticeable "clumps" of sawdust in the bags.
On another note, I had wrote how new Harleys run like crap without a $2000 upgrade(exhaust, air cleaner, + tune) and "Salty" stated how he rides a 250 Honda that gets 72 mpg. I suspect, Salty and I ride for different reasons. Kind of like my sifting my Okies, before I use them. I'm not worried about getting my last pennys worth out of them. I just want to relax and enjoy them.

and the photos of the bags were mine. No biggie. The bags I got had a lot of fines - next batch might not be so much. They're pellets, and no matter how good the production process, pellets will be different batch to batch. And again, the pellets burn great and I haven't had a jam - no harm, no foul.

I picked up a ton of Black Hills last week and it didn't seem like there was a fine problem on that batch. They burnt within a couple of degrees of the regular okies on my St. Croix.
