So Cent ALASKA
Neighbor & I got the powered parachute out today & had some fun.
You can see my woodshed & wood stacks from the air.
Maybe FFJake should've looked for it when he was flying into Alaska. :)

Awesome pics..... As Jack said above !! !! That is crazy ;)

Taking and posting pics of wood stacks just went to a whole new level. Yeah, crazy!

Uh, yeah.
Triple time.
You so cwazy! I guess if the motor takes a dump, you can still glide down, eh? You can do that, right? Right?

As long as it's not over deep forest or high mountain crags.

Well...you still glide down, just not to place you'd prefer to land. !!!

Safest ultralight in the sky. Off the ground in 100 feet or so. flies 26 MPH.
Up & down with throttle, & left & right with cords hooked to each side of the chute connected to foot cotrols.
The steering stick is only for on the ground to steer the trike.
You are right, my parachute is always deployed.
Fun & safe way to get into flying.
Yakima Washington I think is where mine was made.

They make single & 2 seat modles, lots of models to chose from. Mine is an old single seat "six chuter".

I'll have to get a video of a take off.
Pic of the PPC in the field I used to practice until I cut down some trees & made my yard into a 400 + runway/golf course

Was trying to keep it "wood" related LOL :)

Up in The County there are a couple of guys that have PP Ultra-lights . . . they actually look like a lot of fun . . . and as you said . . . while not especially fast, there is something to be said for the whole safety aspect.

I came very close to buying one of those myself. Still think about it now and then.
