I just picked up this stove plugged it in digital read out turned on. I hit the on button and all power gone. Unplug plug back in still no read out now.
Do these things have a fuse or something? This is my first pellet stove so forgive me for the questions lol
Thanks
James

I did find the fuses. I blew the main fuse. Not sure why I'm going to clean it and try starting again. Is there anything against trying to start a pellet stove in the summer time like this? It's like 80 degrees out here in Ohio today

If you want heat at 80 then go for it the stove don't care
what the temp. it is outside

Ok good deal. Yea they are not installed yet just looking to make sure they work before I install them.

if it blew the main fuse there is a reason for it, while the stove is out and accessible open her up and check all your wiring make sure you do not have a wire that may have touched to a hot spot in the stove and shorted. also its not uncommon for an igniter to short out when it dies which would cause a blown fuse when startup is initiated which would be why it didn't blow until you pressed on button
