Wherever we're parked
Put bag # 150 in the P61A this AM. Got 2 full pallets with 75 bags each left for the season.
At the current 2-bag per day rate, I can make it to mid April, but, hopefully, these sub 20::F days
will pass SOON & I can cut the burn rate down to extend the supply. If not, oh well, I'll just increase the
tonnage for next year. I hafta admit that I'm quite pleased with the Cleanfire Pacifics. Low ash.
Good heat. If The Princess (Deb) is warm, then she's happy & as a consequence, so am I...

I will make t to March 1, then switch over to the heat pump. 4 ton this year.

Still running about 5% behind last year and should be fine on inventory, but these cold days and nights are sure chewing through the supply. Will not make it through Feb with Hamers and will need to switch back to Presto's a little bit earlier than planned. Good supply of them, but not quite as good a pellet as Hamer's due to more ash.

I'm at 45% burned of my 4.8 tons of La Cretes. I love these pellets. I'm also burning more efficiently than last year by allowing a little more air in and increasing the feed rate. Some of the La Crete's pellets are pretty large.

In MA we're past the halfway point for average heating degree days. But clearly the beginning of winter was warmer this year. We'll see- a cold week is around the corner.
