Mines been out for a week now and all the better for it.

Nice.

Just started the PE, going down to 40F ish tonight. I can heat the whole place with the PE with these temps & conditions.
 
It is a beautiful thing! Too warm here in the NC mountains for a fire, just yet, but I am prepared. Four wood piles with dry oak, locust, and black walnut ready to rip! Just need to sweep the stove pipe, will be burning in a month or so.
And, on the 40 degree nights, can heat my house with the stone fireplace pictured here.
