The great white north
We have all seen 90° insulated chimney T's, this is the first time I see a 45° chimney T, I did not know they existed, does anyone know anything about these 45° chimney T's, would surely make the task of cleaning an exterior chimney from the interior quite a bit easier.

Nope, I never have. It would sure make it difficult to line up a stove with the proper clearance unless the stove was already in place and an elliptical thimble would be really difficult unless it was a standard width wall and didn't require any modification. The idea is cool though.
 
it looks like a wye...I've never seen one in class a pipe (chimney) like that
