My fan has recently began acting up, first a ticking noise now a rattle on high (I can't hear anything on low). Today flicking the auto/man switch to auto turns it off with the stove running at 1000 deg. So I assume I need the whole thing? Problem is that even though I can see 3 tiny screws, 2 on the side and 1 on the right front, that I can't reach with any screwdriver, I can't see how it could possibly come out of the stove. The front opening is too small by a couple inches and even of it could come out the side there's no way I could get it all the way out because it's in a firepalce insert. Is there a trick to getting it out? And do I need the motor or the whole thing? Appalachian stoves http://www.appalachianstove.com/wood-replacement-parts.php has both, but I'm not sure what I will need. Does the "WOODSTOVE BLOWER ASSY" include the "3-SPEED REPLACEMENT MOTOR"? Pictures don't work for me so I included them as attachments.
