This was in the paper this morning.

Figured I would share, touches on coal and wood to, but since I use pellets and it talks more about the woman with the stove, I posted it here.
 
Interesting, but right on the money. People who didn't have the foresight to think about what heating costs will be this winter, and who are just now thinking about or are trying to buy wood , coal, or pellet stoves are in for a rude awakening.

As my father always told me, "the early bird gets the pellet......I mean worm".

If the price of oil goes back up again due to a colder winter than expected (see the news today from the Farmers Almanac), there are going to be some happy, and some very unhappy people in the northern states.
