Attic shield for sprayfoamed attic insulation?

This is my new install (selkirk suretemp) and the picture is of the penetration through my attic collar ties which have been insulated with closed cell foam. The clearance all around the ss chimney is a minimum 6". I didn't install the factory made attic insulation shield because I wasn't using blown-in or batts, and figured I'd fabricate a sheet metal shield if I needed one.
I'm not certain what approach I might need to take from here.

The insulation shield is also needed to keep mice squirrels etc from making nests around it as well
