I also have forced hot water so I don't have any existing duct work

Going to have to open that up quite bit to heat more than the living room. IMO. Turn off all the heat to the other rooms and just let the living room on (if thats possible ) and see how that works out.

i just noticed also there is a door way in the living room towards the bedrooms going into the hall.
