We had a Hampton 300 insert installed in Dec of last year. We've had a number of problems with the shop that installed it, in fact they came out in January to shove some insulation behind/above the stove and fix the hang of the door so the nice enamel wasn't being rubbed off every time we opened it. They were really not pleased about having to come back. Anyway, now there is a bird in the chimney or liner. Any quick tips on how to get it out? Is this worth calling the installer/dealer about? I assume in addition to getting the bird out (preferably alive), we need to improve the situation at the cap to prevent more from coming in. Thank you in advance
