Bolt snapped in Pellet Stove

Looking for any recommendations or if anyone has had this issue. The bolt on my pellet stove which holds the bracket to hold my walls in place snapped off in the hole. I've tried drilling it out, melting it, hitting it with a hammer and nail set. I can't get the broken piece out. Any suggestions?

Drill a centring hole.
Heat the bolt red hot.
Fast cool (water )
Heat again
Using an easy out, turn the broken stud out

sometimes that works not always. last resort drill out bolt with a bit just under the minor dia of the threads, re-tap at original size. broken bolts/screws = pia. another trick is to try and drill out with a left hand bit again just under minor diameter. Sometimes that works and may unscrew the portion that is left, similar to and ez out but of course the drill bit doesn't flare out bottom to top like ez outs ( which are anything but ez) and doesn" require trying to hammer it in yo get a bite ( which tends to bind things up even more)

Thanks for the ideas I'll give it a shot, I've never heard of an easy out. I did try drilling with a smaller bit but the drill would drill. it didn't make a dent in it but I may just need a better drill bit than what I have.

I've seen someone tack weld something to it, but in this case it's too small. Drill with a good bit, low speed, max pressure and some oil. Get a small easyout for sure.

Drill that PITA bolt out, put a bigger (if needed) self tapper screw in its place and keep going. I've done that to numerous bolts like that bracket before, paint over it and touch up the interior so no one will notice the shiny color... my go to interior color was always Goldenfire brown by Stove Bright. Make sure the vacuum is running too to suck up some of the paint fumes... Good luck.
