When you say cleaned, what exactly do you mean? Firebox or venting or internal exhaust channels?

Have you opened the 4 ash doors in the fire box and cleaned the fly ash out? For my stove, I use a dryer brush and then attach a tube to a vacuum attachment and snake that into those exhaust pathways. Your stove may be different...
