Technically, it appears to be a wood shed! ;-)

I was expecting some kind of lodge, not an electric keyboard and Strat!

Looks like a great deer stand to me. Looks comfortable to me. I'd probably fall asleep and let a nice buck just walk by. Cool pic
 
That might be a good place to hide during a game of hide and seek.
