can a chimney cap be added to Hardy OWB?

he has 2--- 3 ft long or sections of ss pipe on it now. We are getting lots of rain. .....yeah Hubby said it has a baffle inside..
Esp if we keep an eye on it so creosote doesn't block it.... Already have a cap SS from a prev. item....... Helpful comments please. Thanks all and Blessings
