Hello,

I am ordering Carbel RI70 on a log box and am in need of advice. I would like to put the stove directly on the parquet. The stove itself is 40cm from the floor, on a metal log box. What do you think, is it ok to install it directly on the parquet?

Thank you in advance,
Peter

Although the heat may not be an issue, hot embers falling out of the stove will burn the floor. The stove may just need ember protection. If so, then a simple sheet of metal or tempered glass may be sufficient. Follow the manual and stove manufacturer requirements for floor protection.
