Chimney Brush that will go through pipe offset?

There's an offset at the top of our indoor stove pipe before it goes through the ceiling, attic space, and out the roof to the lined stainless steel exterior pipe.

Is there something that can traverse all the way from the top down through this offset? Or do I just brush down from the top as far as I can?

A sooteater would go right thru that, you would clean from the bottom up.
