Thinking about a move to the Denver metro area. Something 1 hr from the airport. Suburban ranch around 300k.
Need to be located to service an upscale million population residential market. Any suggestions on specific areas to research?.

Highlands Ranch
That's the most upscale million people in Denver I know of with a neighborhood starting in the 3's according to the cordera and 850 KOA

I'm just a workin man from southern Colorado so could be wrong.
