What's the best technique/tool to quickly deburr the cut edge of sheet steel?

An angle grinder with a flapper wheel if you don't feel like filing anything.

I can deburr a whole sheet in no time at all with a grinder and flap wheel. 80 grit or finer works best. Long smooth strokes and try to roll the burr from the top to the bottom side until it's gone. If that makes sense.
